Cancellation Policy

Dreamers Collective - Policies and Agreements Terms and Conditions 1. Scope of Services Services are rendered only upon mutual agreement, either in writing or via contract. Each service (single-session or ongoing) will have clear deliverables, timelines, and payment terms outlined prior to commencement. 2. Payments Full payment is required before any single-session service begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For membership or retainer services, clients are billed on a recurring basis and are responsible for full payment for the agreed-upon term. 3. Ownership & Usage Rights Dreamers Collective retains the right to use completed projects in portfolios, marketing, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Ownership rights of deliverables transfer to the client only upon full payment. 4. Revisions Each service includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions will be subject to extra charges. Scope creep will result in additional fees. 5. Refusal of Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, especially in the case of abuse, breach of contract, or non-payment. Privacy Policy Dreamers Collective respects your privacy. - We only collect data necessary to fulfill service requests and improve user experience. - Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. - Payment processing is handled by secure third-party platforms. - You may request to view or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Cancellation Policy For Retainer/Membership Clients: Clients who enroll in a monthly membership or retainer plan agree to a minimum 3-month term. Early termination is permitted only if the client pays the full remaining balance of the 3-month agreement upon cancellation. For Single-Session Services: Once booked and confirmed, single-session services are non-refundable. At least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule, or a rescheduling fee may apply. No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the full service fee. Digital Product & Delivery Policy All digital deliverables are non-refundable once sent to the client. Clients are entitled to the number of Dreamers Collective - Policies and Agreements revisions outlined in the initial agreement. Additional revisions may be billed. Files must be downloaded within 7 days unless otherwise specified. Dreamers Collective is not responsible for lost files once delivery is confirmed.
